It's a tough spot to park. There is a bit of grass on the north side. The graffiti changes all of the time. Sometimes a memorial, sometimes a celebration. 8/12 Drove by hoping to snap a pic and the bridge is being worked on. 8/13 Drove by and all of the graffiti is painted over. I wonder if someone has plans for a new project or if the railroad tried to obliterate it.
