  • Dulce Domum 'Sweet Home' (2010). Built in 1888, this house is a good example of an ornate and relatively intact Victorian bichromatic brick villa, and is one of only a few such houses in the municipality
  • Urara (2010). Built in 1889, this house was owned by Thomas Morton, who was instrumental in the development of the Blackburn Park Estate, one of the most ambitious Boom period subdivisions in the municipality
  • Rheims (2010). Although altered since being built in 1889, this is an interesting example of a double-storey Victorian brick house, and is only one of two such houses in Blackburn
  • The Grange (2010). Built in 1889 as part of the Blackburn Park Estate, this property was used in the 1940s as the Grange Private Hospital. It is now a private residence
  • Morton Park (2010). In 1905 the Shire of Nunawading purchased the Blackburn Hall and recreation reserve for £750 from Thomas Morton, liquidator of the Freehold Investment and Banking Company
