Went there on the 15th of January 2016. There are some abandoned buildings to the left of the main entrance. If you go right there's some that are more closely looked after. There's a few open windows on the second floor you can squeeze through, go downstairs and you can walk around the quad area. Security have an office and cars are driving around a bit. Once you're in it's hard to be seen however. Explore the entire area if you can - lots of smaller things to find.
Climb up the railing and lift onto the roof - then climb through the small window opening. Window doesn't open any further.
